UCIMS Venture Foundation hosted the 9th Session of EN-Venture 1.0 – The Pre-Incubation Programme on 23rd August 2025 at the Mini Auditorium. The session was led by Ms. Simran Kaur, CEO of Winlegally, who shared her expertise on one of the most critical aspects of building a startup – creating strong early-stage teams and fostering the right organizational culture.
Ms. Kaur emphasized that a startup’s success depends not only on innovation but also on the people behind it. She highlighted strategies for identifying and hiring the right talent, balancing complementary skill sets, and building collaboration and trust within small teams. She also underlined the importance of aligning a team with the startup’s mission and values, explaining how culture established at the earliest stage becomes the foundation for long-term growth.
The interactive session concluded with a Q&A, where participants received practical insights and guidance tailored to their entrepreneurial aspirations.
